Noted Law Professor Believes Property Rights Amendment to Charter Works

University of Saskatchewan Law Professor Dwight Newman just wrote a paper about amending the constitution to protect property rights. He seems to think that the proposal Scott Reid, MP and Randy Hillier, MPP tabled would work to enshrine property rights in the constitution.
