Hillier was invited to be the Guest Keynote Speaker at the most recent Stratford & Area Builders Association Dinner Meeting. Hillier's speech touched on several different issues facing builders in Ontario, most importantly the new requirements for mandatory workplace insurance coverage as a result of Bill 119.
