Read MPP Hillier's letter to the Attorney General, the Hon. Madeleine Meilleur, expressing his support for her decision to appoint an independent Prosecutor for the Gas Plant trial involving two former Liberal Party aids. MPP Hillier also makes recommendations to the Attorney General on possible legislation which would make this standard practice rather then leaving it to the discretion of the government.
