MPP Hillier penned a letter to the Ombudsman to express his discontent at the current state of Service Ontario's ability to book seniors in for an appointment for their mandatory drivers test. Many have complained to his office that it takes hours to get through the the booking centre to schedule a driver's test. The few "lucky" ones who hold the line for hours and are able to get through are booked for an appointment months into the future.
