Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, introduces two bills in Queens Park. The Taxpayer Protection Amendment Act would strengthen the Taxpayer Protection Act and make it harder for the government to raise taxes. The Costing of Public Bills Act would require that all Bills be costed before they be read.
