Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington, rose on Thursday May 30th to speak in support of MPP Michael Prue's "Protecting Employees' Tips Act", albeit with reservations.

Mr Hillier supports the idea of protecting employees' tips, but recommends that the bill be amended so as not to abridge voluntary agreements between employees like tip pooling and protecting from dine and dashers.
