800,000 Reasons the Attorney General is Failing Ontario

(QUEENS PARK) - On Tuesday September 15th MPP Randy Hillier asked his first question as the newly minted critic of the Attorney General. Hillier exposed the failings of the Attorney Generals office to persecute over 800,000 provincial offences, some of which dated back as far as 2002, due to the lack of court space and court resources.

Hillier explained that this may be used a possible pretext to eliminate our right to defend against such offences in front of an impartial judge under the looming AMPS program.
