During the COVID lockdown many things went right and many others went wrong; to improve as a society and as a province, we need to learn from our experiences.
A Public Inquiry into our LTC homes would do just that, help us learn and be better prepared in case of a “next time”. I'm surprised the government is balking at this request from the opposition, and instead suggesting having their own handpicked panel run this review. I decided to give my support, and provided some examples for why we must have this Public Inquiry.
