It was a pleasure to debate and offer my comments on the government's proposed changes to the rules of the Assembly.

This is the first time in 13 years and after 3 Premiers, where the changes are not just to give the government more advantages, but actually make improvements for all Members, including independents' ability to represent their constituents.
