Here is my Independent perspective of Ontario's hair brained & bizzare lottery system for retail cannabis stores and the significant consequences that have resulted.

This model has already affected our local economy with our local Canopy Growth in Smiths Fall losing $375 million in the last quarter and curtailing some of their planned expansion.

We have an existing, successful system used by the AGCO to license privately owned LCBO agency stores. When the Government decided to use the system thought up by backroom operatives and lobbyists I simply had to ask: What is this Government Smoking?
